As you can see I've been watching a lot of photographers lately.  I was viewing the photography portfolio of Christian Staebler as I wandered off into a section on his website entitled "scans".  I must say that Christian has taken the art of pressing flowers to a beautiful new dimension.  The introduction of this typically crafty art form into the digital realm has truly enfused the method with a fine art soul.  

Creative composition is a key element in good photography.  Chema Madoz manages to take composition to a new level, almost flooding the senses with abstracted visions.  Each picture seems to pull you out of your life, and literally forces you to take a closer look at his images, and ultimately, the world around you.  See for yourself.

This fellow Nikonian is putting his equipment to the best use.  I've been admiring his photography for quite a while now.  The composition and exposure of these photographs are second to few.  I hope you enjoy his work.

I've come across so many great works of art today.  This tops off the list. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

    Yesterday I handed in my final project for my last class of the quarter.  The last day of a class is so interesting, because you find out who you're really going to miss when you realize you wont be seeing these people on a regular basis anymore.  I always find myself missing my professors the most.  It always seems like you have so much more to learn from them. 

    Yesterday it was Carrie Notari, one of those great teachers who fits in so well with the class that you forget there's even a professor in the room.  For the first time in a college class, I was truly impressed with each and every final project.  usually some kids slip through the cracks and leave with little more than they came with, but somehow she managed to get everyone excited about the subject and it definitely showed in the finals.  Mad props to you Miss Notari.

This Man Is an Amazing Artist.  I love what he does, and even more so, how he does it.
